this too shall pass...

there are times in our lives, misery knocks at our door and lets itself in uninvited.

i reflected on what a dear friend related to me... the story of a king and the quote this too shall pass.... i googled and i found this...

what i learnt here is that when i am happy, i will have to remember that these moments will not last forever and when i am in misery, this too shall pass... and in the meantime, hang on and pray.

it is sad when people prefer to plant the seeds of hatred instead of love since you only harvest what you plant. this is something my parents taught me since i was small.... you only harvest from the seeds you plant...

i believe in karma...

on the other hand, i should remember not to curse when i am showered with misery for a curse may become a doa... why would i want to be responsible praying evil for others? but then, i can't help it in the spur of the moment for the pain is unbearable.....
