i love to cook, just anything, and enjoy watching others eat them... i felt like eating cake and decided to bake one. it tasted very delicious. syahama and syahmina had class parties on different days and i offered to bake one for each of them... my two aunts' families came from penang and while they chatted, i baked one for tea. i baked two more for eid ul adha...
i had many assistant cooks and this is the loyal one...
i used the basic butter cake recipe taken from my sister's 24 year old book that had a collection of recipe... i think next time i will need to add something to moist the cake.
