a lovely outing to the grape farm and the beach...

one of the times when i was on google, i decided to look up on the grapes picking at Bandar Sri Sendayan. please read here.  it was one of the school holiday activity that the children had missed.  so did my friend's son.  we thought it would be fun to take the children there together. it was a last minute plan and thank God, it turned out wonderful....

going back to nature was surely a good idea as it was truly refreshing as compared to the numerous trips to the shopping mall...it reminded me of my playground, where i grew up....  i made some calls and i was told that we could come by.  my husband googled the way and as always, i can trust his sense of direction.

when we reached there, we were greeted by such friendly caretakers and of course, they loved the children.  i was taken in by such clean air on the hilly top where the farm is... it wasn't the season yet for grapes picking though.  apparently, only the adults are interested in the grapes and therefore, they had farm animals to fascinate the children.  this trip also taught me a lot of things... i learnt it by observing my friend's outing preparedness.

i loved almost all the photographs we took for it was scenic as well as the expressions on the children were priceless.  i loved them all.  and i had to post them all.

these are the entry photograph...

walked down the hill to look at the harry and mary...the goats...

the boys must have given him something to eat and this lil angel of mine manages being on his own, enjoying the trip...

i honestly have never seen this boy eat like this...

the angel friend of mine had cooked all of us lunch despite me telling her not to... it was a fortunate thing she did, the fun continued... this is one of the things i learnt...  always be prepared...with food, tit bits, litres of water, cups and plates, spreads to sit on.... perfect picnic... makes me wanna do it again...

i realise that children, when they are given responsibility, can carry out the tasks with such enthusiasm...my friend told them to set the 'table', led by the big brother.... and this is what happened...

mummies feeding the children...

he goes on his own and finds things to do...

he has found a friend...

we washed them down and changed them and put them into the car... when i looked at the time, it was only 1440 and i thought, it was too soon to end the fun... i suggested to take a drive to the seaside... wasn't prepared for it at all...my friend went along with the idea and off we went to the beach...

we said good bye to the caretakers and the farm...

auntie khine suggested that we go to this particular hotel which had a restaurant by the beach....it was a perfect idea... thank you aunty khine for treating us...

this is the first time this lil guy walked on the beach...straight into the water... the last time were we at the beach, he was a baby. he only looked from a distance....

expressions of a curious boy...the waves made him smile....

properly dressed to a party.... oh well...live your life girl...

oh yes....the party has started... for a boy who would never remove his shoes and step on the beach, my son surprised us... yet, i know he was a little cautious....

all thanks to Adam that the children were so natural at the beach...

venturing further...

a huge wave washed over him and oh no... sand all over...

on top of his life...

imran... such a calm and happy boy...

shimmering sea...

after playtime starts the most stressful time... the expression tell you that...

i really didn't have to worry about the kakak and adik... i would have lined all the children and fed them all at once... problem solved! oh well...they are just playful...

i love the expression... just realised that i didn't take much of Daniel's shots...
