happy 1st. birthday son! mummy and daddy feel so blessed that you have been chosen to be our son and light up our lives with you. words can't describe how much mummy and daddy love you. may Allah you bless with iman, hidayah, health, wealth and lots of love and happiness....a takdir that leads you to the right path and may you be guided by the almighty should you face challenges you in life. may you be blessed with jannah in the hereafter.
how did we celebrate our darling's birthday? we basically knew what we wanted to do, something similar to nadia nasira's 1st. birthday. first, we wanted to celebrate on 24 May 2009, one day after which falls on a sunday. but then again, since we celebrated nadia nasira's first birthday on her actual birthday, we decided to celebrate his birthday on his actual birthday too.
we ordered his birthday cake.... the exact design as nadia nasira's. we bought him a set of new clothes for the occasion. it was something that i had set my eyes upon when we were shopping for nadia nasira's recent birthday. the top actually and his daddy liked it too. we found a matching pants and he looked so cute in it.
we had a maulud recital and some prayers on this occasion. not forgetting a special prayers for the birthday boy's almarhum grandfather. we make it point to offer prayers to the forefathers on every special ocassion we hold in our lives. may our children continue this 'tradition' we started in the future days.
