haircut...

it has been sometime since we took the children for a haircut. the children looked simply messy all the time. before daddy flew again, he told mummy to take them for a haircut... mummy was quite nervous about it...managing them without daddy because should either one of them start crying, it would be a disaster.

last saturday after lunch, mummy loaded everyone into the car straight to the saloon. mummy thought that the timing should be alright and the children would neither be sleepy nor tired and therefore, they will behave. well, the moment mummy's son walked into the saloon, he started crying. mummy had to let nadia nasira go first so that the little guy gain some confidence... mummy's daughter behaved well and mummy was so proud of her.

it was the little guy's turn and he was very unsure about it. although the saloon was specially designed for children, mummy's boy was still uncomfortable. despite the wriggles and cries, he managed to have a decent haircut. he was all happy afterwards....

mummy really cherished this mother and children outing. though we missed daddy, there are times when mummy really need to have this mother and children moments to strengthen our bonding and enjoy our own world...

mummy took the children to O'Briens for some sandwiches and juice afterwards... nadia nasira had some chicken sandwich while the little guy refused everything but the chips...

the children were so tired. on the way back, nadia nasira fell asleep and did not wake up until the next day but not the little guy... it was a good outing and we will do this again. daddy can join us if he is around.

here are my cheeky little ones....
