surprise trip to ipoh....

i had a meeting to attend in ipoh last thursday... took the friday off and stayed longer at my mum's. jump for joy.... hubs was on standby so, it was just mummy and the children and of course the maid. time off for nanni and manja time for mummy, fair deal. hubs allowed nadia nasira to miss her playschool on saturday (just before mummy drove back on friday night, fabulous and thank you sweets..) with the condition that mummy makes up to it. will do anytime, hubs...

we were welcomed by my mum and grandmum. the children were feeling quite at home. i was worried whether the children will stay behind when i leave to the office or cry, quite to my suprise, they rushed to the door to wave goodbye. apparently, they were quite ok after that because after i left, their school going cousins returned home and all of them were excited, so much so that my son only took his afternoon nap late in the evening.
