as i was driving the children home from their nanni's, nadia nasira asked me...mummy, where is Allah? i kept quiet for a moment. i knew the question was inevitable but i never thought it was so soon. i had to find an intelligent answer which appeals to a two and a half year old without doing any damage to her logic.
my best answer for now...Allah is everywhere, sayang...and she went like...there (pointing outside the car) and..... in that car (pointing to the car in front of mine)? oh no... does she think Allah is a man? so i thought my next reply would do the trick. Allah is everywhere, sayang. Allah can see us but we can't see Allah. Allah says nadia nasira is a good girl, takes care of adik and Allah loves nadia nasira. she was beaming with happiness...pantang kena puji lah tu, macam mummy dia. nadia nasira loves Allah tak? and the answer is a definite yeah...
