guess what, i have been doing procurement for quite some time and it never registered that the Government has its own Procurement Division with lots and lots of circulars that i ought to know if i was going to come up with procurement best practices and policies for my company.

one of the approval papers got rejected and got us to research the practices. that was when i knew all that i have to know about Government Procurement. we had a meeting with MOF who shared with us the details. they have got a website and the structure of the site in terms of circular search was very impressive. do not underestimate all that is in Putrajaya....
